1. Accounts and use
You must provide accurate account and payment information, protect your credentials, and use Automagine lawfully. Access is assigned to one account and limited to the devices, usage limits, and features shown for the plan. You may not share or resell access, bypass controls, or use another person's account without authorization.
2. Content, third-party services, and analytics
You retain ownership of your content and grant Automagine only the permission needed to perform requested actions. You are responsible for your files, metadata, connected accounts, API keys, and destinations. Connected AI providers, microstock marketplaces, and upload hosts operate under their own terms; Automagine does not guarantee their availability or decisions. Automagine is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe Inc. or any third-party agency. Market analytics, download estimates, and royalty calculations provided by Automagine are for informational research purposes only and do not constitute certified financial or accounting statements.
3. Prices, periods, and discounts
Paid access may be offered for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Checkout shows the selected period, duration discount, coupon discount, and final amount. Duration discounts apply before coupon discounts. Prices, exchange rates, eligible plans, and offers may change prospectively; a submitted manual request retains its quoted amount and period during review.
4. Manual bKash payments
Manual payments require the exact displayed amount, sender number, and transaction ID. Submission does not activate access. Access begins or extends only after administrator approval. Incorrect, duplicate, incomplete, mismatched, or unverifiable requests may be rejected. Never send a bKash PIN, one-time code, or password.
5. Coupons
Coupons may be limited by expiry, eligible plan, total uses, and uses per customer. A slot is reserved when a qualifying payment request is submitted. Approval redeems it and rejection releases it. Coupons have no cash value and may be disabled for fraud, abuse, or configuration error.
6. Renewal and plan changes
Manual bKash memberships do not renew automatically. A new renewal request is required. Approved renewal access is added after the current expiry. For eligible paid-plan switches, unused value may be converted using current old and new monthly prices and added as access credit. Previewed dates can change with approval timing or account status.
7. Lemon Squeezy subscriptions
Where available, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record. Final price, tax, billing period, renewal terms, and methods are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. You also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
8. Availability and liability
Automagine is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for third-party outages, marketplace decisions, lost sales, or inaccurate third-party AI output. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
