1. Account information
We process your email, display name, membership status, authorized devices, app version, and basic account and security activity to provide sign-in, entitlements, support, and abuse prevention.
2. Local files, telemetry, and credentials
Source creative files, previews, and metadata remain on your computer. When you upload assets through FTP/SFTP, files transfer directly between your computer and the destination agency servers. We process lightweight daily telemetry counters (such as metadata generation counts and successful file uploads per agency destination) to enforce plan limits and display workspace usage. Daily upload counter records are automatically retained for up to 30 days and then purged. Account sync can store supported preferences and upload profiles. If encrypted credential sync is enabled, selected credentials are transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted before database storage.
3. Adobe Stock and marketplace analytics
Our analytics tools search and aggregate publicly accessible contributor statistics, category classifications, and asset metrics from supported microstock marketplaces (such as Adobe Stock) to display portfolio insights and download estimates. We do not access, store, or require private marketplace login credentials for public analytics research.
4. Manual bKash information
For manual bKash requests, we process your account identifier, sender number, transaction ID, optional note, plan and duration, quoted and paid amounts, discounts and coupon, request status, review details, and access dates. This supports verification, duplicate and fraud prevention, coupon reservation, access activation, accounting, and support. We never ask for or intentionally store your bKash PIN or one-time verification code.
5. Lemon Squeezy payments
Where available, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, taxes, invoices, refunds, fraud checks, and billing support. Automagine receives transaction and subscription data needed to manage access but not complete card numbers. Review Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
6. Use and access
We use account, payment, coupon, and subscription data to provide the service, calculate renewal and plan-switch access, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and support customers. We do not sell personal information. Manual payment records are restricted to authorized administrators and required systems.
7. Retention and security
Account, payment, coupon, subscription, audit, and security records are retained as needed for service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Upload activity counters are purged after 30 days. We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level database policies, and server-side administrative operations, but no system is absolutely secure.
8. Your choices
You may revoke devices, update your profile, manage supported billing options, disable optional sync, or request account deletion. Some payment, audit, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained.
